INTERVIEW: Composer, Orchestrator, and Producer Chad Seiter

Last month, I had the pleasure of e-meeting and interviewing composer, orchestrator, and producer Chad Seiter.  Chad joined me for about an hour to discuss his career, the industry, and – most importantly at the moment – his current project: Game Theory Concert.  You can listen to the entire audio interview here: 

Game Theory Concert is a very special live concert coming up on October 5th, 2019. It is “a night celebrating indie games and their music, featuring new arrangements with a full symphony orchestra, and hosted by the composers themselves.”  The roster includes Chad (Arkhangel, Recore), as well as several other big names in the indie game scene:

• Grant Kirkhope (Yooka-Laylee, Banjo-Kazooie)
• Laura Shigihara (Plants vs. Zombies, Rakuen)
• Lena Raine (Celeste)
• Jake Kaufman (Shovel Knight)
• Austin Wintory (Journey, The Pathless, ABZU)

It’s going to be a live debut for most of the music on the program, and I am SUPER BUMMED that I live on the wrong coast to catch this concert.
